- St. John the Evangelist R. C. Church in Buffalo merged with St. Teresa’s in 2009

- St. Clare R. C. Church in Buffalo merged with St. Teresa’s in 2016

- St. Teresa’s School educated generations of children in South Buffalo. The school building is now closed and has been renovated as an apartment complex.
Over the years, a number of other parishes in Buffalo came to merge with St. Teresa, including St. Patrick, St. Rita, Holy Apostles Peter and Paul, Precious Blood, St. Stephen, and St. Valentine.
